A niche catalogue calls for precise search intent
The Crystal Skull Shop sells a specialist product range, so broad gemstone interest is only part of the search opportunity. People may already know the product they want, compare specific materials or explore a collection before making a decision. The original brief emphasized high-intent product searches. A useful SEO structure needs to connect those searches to an appropriate product or category page, rather than relying only on a general homepage.

Work across keywords, catalogue pages and authority
We worked with Ivo Fuykschot during 2024–2025 on SEO strategy and implementation. The assignment included keyword research and precise mapping, competitor analysis, on-page optimization, product and category content, backlink building and niche outreach opportunities. Each part of the plan related to the catalogue: identifying relevant demand, improving the pages that answered it and researching suitable places to build authority.

Current regional search snapshot
Semrush’s August 2026 Netherlands snapshot records zero ranking keywords and zero estimated organic traffic, with no current page or keyword rows. For a specialist store that may serve international buyers, confirming the countries and languages that matter most would be an important first step in a new search review.
Match future reporting to the actual buying market
A future phase should confirm where the store actively sells and which languages and countries matter most, then choose reporting that reflects that audience. First-party search and ecommerce data would be especially useful for a narrow international catalogue. Product and category priorities could then be assessed against relevant discovery and buying behaviour. A focused plan could then connect specialist product interest with the right catalogue pages and practical buying information.
