Reach the audience behind a specialist service

Get Surgery Leads operates in the medical-marketing category, where traffic volume alone says little about commercial relevance. The website needs to reach people with a genuine need for its service and explain that offering clearly. Search intent matters because general interest in surgery is different from interest in a medical-marketing provider. A useful SEO plan must keep that distinction in view when selecting topics and evaluating page performance.

Content, technical work and monitoring

Our work with David Pollak began in 2021, with an ongoing optimization program described in the project history. The scope included content optimization, technical SEO and performance tracking, aimed at strengthening organic visibility and relevant enquiries. The brief brought content relevance and technical discoverability together, with monitoring to inform the ongoing optimization process.

The current search evidence is modest

Semrush’s August 2026 US history snapshot shows 18 ranking keywords and zero estimated organic traffic, compared with three keywords and the same zero estimate in August 2025. July 2026 showed 36 keywords and estimated traffic of four. The current page and keyword reports return no rows. Direct search and enquiry reporting would provide a clearer basis for evaluating the current website.

Connect relevant searches with qualified enquiries

A future phase should establish the website’s present service offering and connect search reporting with directly measured enquiries. It could then assess the content most likely to attract the intended business audience and improve the route from information to contact. Where traffic is sparse, clear event definitions and enquiry quality matter more than large percentage claims from a tiny base. That focus would help identify which topics and pages reach people actively evaluating a medical-marketing partner.
