Two audiences, one coherent search experience

My Two Front connects patient demand with a network of dental and orthodontic professionals. Its current website explains a coordinated approach involving a dentist and a specialist. The SEO challenge is therefore broader than ranking a single treatment page: patients need to understand the service and find a provider, while professionals need a clear explanation of how the platform works and whether it fits their practice.

Making the offering easier to find and understand

In 2020, we provided SEO services for My Two Front. The work focused on improving search visibility, optimizing on-page content and targeting relevant keywords for both patients and partner orthodontists. The project’s purpose was to support organic discovery as the platform developed. Keeping both audiences in view helped frame the SEO brief around the platform’s offering and the information each group needed.

A stronger estimate, concentrated around the brand

Semrush’s August 2026 United States snapshot records 46 ranking keywords and estimated organic traffic of 535, versus 25 keywords and 205 estimated traffic in August 2025. Six keywords sit in the top three. Current examples include ‘two front’, ‘twofront’ and ‘two front orthodontics’ at position one. The homepage accounts for 99.43% of estimated traffic in the separate current page report, making brand discovery the clearest strength in this sample.

The next opportunity is a broader entry point

The report also contains a Brentwood, Los Angeles offer page, specialist information and an individual provider page. A future SEO phase could evaluate these routes for distinct patient and professional intent, then improve links between discovery content, provider selection and the next action. Measuring patient enquiries and professional interest separately would make the contribution of each route easier to understand.
