The Poltrock Team’s website brings those journeys together through its local brand, property information and neighbourhood-focused pages.

The work we carried out

We worked with John Poltrock in 2025 on local search visibility, property-listing optimisation and keyword rankings. The aim was to help relevant buyers and sellers discover the team through search. For this type of business, the connection between area information and a clear agent-contact path matters: an informative page becomes more useful when visitors can easily continue towards the property or service information they need.

What the search review reveals

The August 2026 US snapshot records 189 tracked keywords and 316 estimated monthly organic visits.

The current US keyword report places several Murphy agent queries, including “realtors in Murphy NC,” at position 1. Bear Paw Resort and a Hayesville neighbourhood page also appear in the page sample. August 2026 estimated traffic is higher than August 2025, but the 2025 series itself ended below its January level. The case therefore separates today’s encouraging local rankings from the more uneven historical trend.

A practical next phase

A next-phase review could connect neighbourhood guides, active property information and agent introductions more deliberately. Outdated listings should lead visitors somewhere useful, while market and community pages should be kept accurate. Measuring calls, viewing requests and seller enquiries separately would show whether those local rankings support the team’s business priorities, rather than relying only on the volume of people who read a neighbourhood page.
