Mint Talent: specialist recruitment searches with commercial intent

The business and its search audience

A recruitment website has at least two audiences: employers looking for hiring support and candidates exploring opportunities. Search terms can look similar while expressing quite different needs. Mint Talent’s specialist marketing-recruitment focus makes that distinction important. The website needs to explain the agency’s expertise and direct each audience to useful information without making one group navigate a journey designed for the other.

The work we carried out

We worked with Aaron Dye during 2023–2024 on keyword optimisation, technical SEO improvements and content refinement for Mint Talent. The project focused on the agency’s organic visibility and search relevance. Those areas support a specialist recruitment business by making its expertise easier to understand and its key pages more closely aligned with the searches that matter to its audience.

What the search review reveals

The August 2026 Australian snapshot records 128 tracked keywords and 70 estimated monthly organic visits.

The Australian keyword sample includes “marketing recruitment agency” at position 6 and “marketing recruiters Sydney” at position 3. Executive-search and digital-media-recruitment pages appear in the page report, although most estimated traffic remains on the homepage. The August 2026 domain estimate is modest and below the prior-year month. Relevant commercial rankings are the useful observation here, rather than a claim of broad traffic growth.

A practical next phase

A next phase could make employer and candidate journeys more distinct, with clear service pages for each recruitment specialism. Case examples and accurate role information can support those pages where the agency has suitable material. Enquiries should be classified by purpose, allowing reporting to distinguish an employer brief from a candidate application and show which organic searches contribute to the agency’s actual priorities.
